This 2-day workshop is also a family-of-origin workshop. Participants will explore how their current relational patterns have been impacted by family of origin, including the patterns of love addiction and love avoidance. This is an individual workshop only.

Love addiction is profoundly painful. Love addicts assign too much time, attention and value to another person while neglecting to care for themselves. Love avoidants systematically use relational walls during intimate contact in order to prevent feeling overwhelmed in relationships. Participants will gain a greater awareness of how these cycles have been evident in their own adult relationships as well learning how to overcome these dynamics.

This experiential workshop consists of two "processes" that focus on how/where participants get stuck into "addictive/avoidant" cycles and how to strengthen functional adult behaviors when those cycles get activated.
