This workshop is designed for past participants of the Owning Your Power family of origin intensive who want to solidify and reinforce the work they began in the intensive. The format consists of a brief "check-in" about current "triggers"-- or ways in which their adult adaptive behaviors are interfering with their lives and relationships. Then participant will be guided through an experiential "process" to help them strengthen their "functional adult" skills and deal effectively with triggering events. 

Participants will also be given exercises they can practice daily to further enhance functional adult skills. (Prerequisite is prior completion of Cara's Owning Your Power Intensive ).

Cost: $1600

A nonrefundable deposit of $450 is required at time of reservation. Balance is due one (1) week prior to the workshop. 

In the event of cancellation, workshop balance will be refunded in full ONLY if notice is received four (4) or more days before workshop begins.
